Our Silicon Valley office has a great demand for patent attorneys and
patent agents with patent prosecution or patent litigation experience.
Patent attorney candidates should have at least an undergraduate
degree in EE or CS, or substantial industry experience in the software
or electronics engineering fields and qualify to sit for the Patent
Bar exam.

Patent agent candidates should have industry experience in the
software or the electrical engineering fields; strong technical
writing skills; and an M.S. in CS, EE or closely related field. If not
already registered by the USPTO, candidates should be willing to sit
for the Patent Bar exam within one year of employment.
