We are seeking an individual to assist in managing our patent
application, trademark, and strategic licensing activities. The most
successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree in mechanical
engineering or physics and 5 years of experience as a patent attorney
or agent. Must have strong patent drafting skills. Other relevant
experience having to do with claim interpretation, etc. resulting from
issues arising during assertion of patents is also a plus. Mountain
Bike, Motorcycle or other Action Sports-related enthusiasts viewed
