Location: Herndon, VAAssist Business Managers by researching
legal precedent, investigating facts, or preparing legal documents and contracts for commercial management.
Perform commercial contract closeouts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Interact routinely with all levels of the company and client to contribute to
the solution of financial, contractual, business development, and all
project management related issues.
Track contracts/legal documents intake and negotiations processing for status and conformance to
original proposals, assists with ongoing reviews to ensure that all
terms & conditions are met by each subcontractor and are in line with
the client requirements.
Assist with internal dissemination of new standardized contracting processes and procedures.
Assist with preparing & distributing information throughout the company and to
appropriate parties regarding the status of contracts, compliance,
modifications, deviations, negotiations and terminations.
Prepare authorization documentation & ensure work in accordance with each
contract's specifications
Experience Required:
4-6+ years experience in Contracts administration/paralegal
experience in a Corporate Law environment
Experience working in a BPO environment, and/or experience
working contracts overseas (India) a huge plus
Highly motivated and organized individual with an upbeat
personality and high energy level
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Experience with Contract Tracking and Management Software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
environment
Proven ability to communicate ideas in a clear, concise and
articulate manner both written and verbally
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

deliver the project. Candidate will demonstrate strong organizational
ability and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage and maintain
all contractual documentation, and to gather and analyze research
data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and
documents is a must.
