Summary

An executive sales position representing Intellectual Property
services, with the opportunity to sell related research and analytics
services.

Position Description

We are seeking full time Direct Sales professionals to lead the growth
of our Intellectual Property services at Evalueserve. Candidates
should be comfortable with the sale and management of custom
Intellectual Property research projects targeted at senior level
executives.

As an Evalueserve Client Executive you will sell and manage custom,
strategy level engagements. Each project is unique in scope, topic,
deliverable, and timeframe. Our work environment is nimble and
fast-paced. You must have a proven sales track record with strong
domain experience in the area of Intellectual Property.

Responsibilities

Build a territory using your extensive network of contacts as
well as new contacts that you will develop
Represent Evalueserve Intellectual Property solutions to
prospective Clients
Close profitable business
Stay engaged with your sold projects (high level involvement) to
insure Client delight
Effectively mine your existing Clients to expand
your territory and revenues

Requirements

5+ years in sales related to intellectual property and
professional services sales
Bachelors degree necessary, graduate degree preferred
Extensive network of intellectual property contacts, and ability
to expand and develop a larger sales network via cold-calling:
-In-house patent lawyers/counsel at medium and large-sized companies
-Partners in the patent litigation and patent prosecution practices of
small, medium and large law firms
-CTOs/CEOs at technology start-ups
-Principals at IP strategy consulting boutiques
-Executive contacts within Research & Development organizations
Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
