Summary

A Business Development position representing our Intellectual Property
services in the UK.

Position Description

We are seeking full time professionals to lead the growth of our
Intellectual Property services in the UK. Candidates should have a
good understanding of Intellectual Property in the UK and Europe and
have several years business development experience..

You will be responsible for finding, managing and developing a wide
range of clients, who engage with Evalueserve for projects which are
unique in scope, topic, deliverable, and timeframe.

Responsibilities

Build a territory using your extensive network of contacts as
well as new contacts that you will develop
Represent Evalueserve Intellectual Property solutions to
prospective Clients
Close profitable business
Stay engaged with your sold projects (high level involvement) to
insure Client delight
Effectively mine your existing Clients to expand
your territory and revenues

Requirements
Several years of experience in a commercial role in the
intellectual property marketplace
Qualified to degree level

A network of intellectual property contacts including :
-In-house patent lawyers / counsel at medium and large-sized companies
-Partners in the patent litigation and patent prosecution practices of
small, medium and large law firms
-CTOs/CEOs at technology start-ups
-Principals at IP strategy consulting boutiques
-Executive contacts within Research & Development organizations
Fantastic communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Compensation

Evalueserve offers a competitive salary, uncapped commission and stock
