Location: Multiple Offices, MIExperienced Patent Attorney - Warner Norcross & Judd, a full service Michigan firm with 189 attorneys, seeks a patent attorney with a minimum of five years of private practice in patent prosecution and opinion work in biotechnology, biornedical or life sciences. Responsibilities will include patent prosecution, opinion work, drafting and negotiating license and development agreements, litigation support, and prirnary responsibility for the development of a life sciences patent practice. A small, portable book of business and experience in or farniliarity with FDA compliance would be major pluses but are not necessary.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
