Location: Alexandria, VirginiaThe Alexandria office has an immediate opening for an associate with two or more years of intellectual property litigation experience.
Preferred candidates should have a technical degree and/or experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry or a related technical field. Prior law clerk experience with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and/or a U.S. District Court is preferred along with an USPTO Registration No. and Virginia Bar admission.
