Location: Washington, D.C.We are looking for highly motivated associates to join our active and notable structured finance practice in Washington, DC. Experience in structured finance would be valuable but is not a prerequisite. Candidate must however have prior transactional and/or finance related legal experience. Expertise in tax, bankruptcy, capital markets, public or private securities offerings, credit derivatives, creditors' rights, banking and/or ERISA would be viewed positively. Candidate must possess solid academic credentials along with strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
