Corporate and securities associates to assist with cross border transactions and our China practice. We have one of the largest China based practices with over 150 attorneys based in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in general corporate and securities matters with a significant interest in participating in China related matters.
